  1. How do you ship packages?

    All our soaps, individual and bulk orders are sent straight from our Brisbane Studio via either Australia Post or Sendle with tracking numbrs provided!

  2. Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes! We provide flat rate shipping to 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. If you are unsure if our products can be shipped to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.

  3. How long will it take to ship my order? 

    All orders generally take 1-3 business days for processing due to the hand-made nature of the soaps. Once your order ships, shipping within the Australia takes approximately 1 - 8 business days via standard shipping option.

    Estimated Delivery Times Within Australia: 

    QLD Metro: 1-2 Business Days
    NSW Metro: 2-3 Business Days
    VIC Metro: 3-4 Business Days
    WA / NT / SA Metro: 5-8 Business Days

    Rural Areas may take additional 1-2 business days depending on location and delivery frequency!

  4. Where is my tracking number? 

    Tracking for all orders will be provided via email as soon as the order is processed and received from Australia Post / Sendle!

  5. What about customs?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

  6. What is your return & exchange policy?

    We offer a 14 day money back guarantee* Simply contact us at chasoaps@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund.

    Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund. Sale items are not applicable for refunds, only exchange if the items are damaged.
